So glad that I chose to stay in Diane's apartment while I was in Regina for three days attending the University of Regina. The apartment is very cozy and well set up for a stay. There was lovely stuff left in the fridge to drink by Diane and there was tea, coffee and yogurt for the morning . The bed was super comfortable and the only noise I heard was some traffic but it did not bother me. My favourite thing was sitting on the couch with the window open feeling the breeze and looking at the fall scenery and reading a book. There is a hotel two doors down where you can get a luxurious breakfast if you don't want to cook. The mall is within walking distance and so is a Safeway store. Diane answered any questions I had very quickly by phone. I recommend her apartment as a great place to stay in downtown Regina.
This was perfect for our needs. great location and the facilities were as described and more. A unique apartment building with lots of character. make sure you take a tour around the building to get the full experience. Everything went like clock work. parking was an issue, however. street parking is restricted on Saturday. Sunday's are free. there was a farmers market in the park kitty corner to the apartment on Saturday. perfect. Thank you very much Diane. we are hoping to return next year.

Wow! Diane's apartment is absolutely charming. It's in a stately old building—the front gates are wrought-iron and the vintage elevator fittings are brass—right in the middle of downtown. The apartment itself is the height of comfort and stylishness. You won't be sorry if you stay here.
Diane's apartment is located in a central part of the city, great for walking with many nearby restaurant options. The building and apartment is clean, well decorated with a newly renovated bathroom and comfortable bed. WIFI was included and she provided tea and coffee.
The over experience was hassle free and Diane is a wonderful host. If you're looking for a private, centrally located and relaxed space in Regina this is a great choice.
Diane was a wonderful host! Very prompt and polite. The condo is located right in the heart of downtown, close to lots of great venues. The building itself is absolutely wonderful, and has so much interesting character and detail. Will definitely stay again.
I stayed here for the Skate Canada Adult figure skating championships in March 2014, for 4 nights. Diane was very flexible with our late arrival close to midnight. The building is a lovely downtown condo within walking distance to all of downtown Regina. Many tree lined streets which would entice us to come back in summer.
The condo is bright, large enough for 4 people. the shower was great, lots of hot water. Diane provided water, orange juice, yogurt, fruit, half and half for our coffee, as well as assorted teas and coffee. Lots of kitchen dishes and cooking utensils, pots and pans. We just loved the original elevator, with OTIS in brass, the sliding bars.
I didn't get a chance to meet her, but Diane is an AirBnB host herself and was very self-reliant.
