I never can imagine it would happen to me that I met this kind of person in my life. Juan was trying to amend his booking from 28 days to 7 days without any penalty. Airbnb has explained with him about the amendment and cancellation policies. However, it was declined by me and Airbnb customer service. I am pleased to assist with any problem as I have been doing before and I have never got bad comments before. But this guest was so rude that he smoked inside the apartment and used my utentils as ashtray. there are burn marks on it. He brought many visitors and disturbed my neighborhood all the time.
He did mentioned about only one fork in the kitchen and the mattress is not thick enough.I agreed to arrange one more fork and another mattress, However, He said that he must leave and return to his country no matter I can meet his request or not. I realised that his decision of shortening his stay is not because of facility problem. I put some soft drinks in the fridge to welcome him and met him on the first day with assistance of opening the sofa bed for him. I am willing to assis with the shortening stay if He could tell me the reason sincerely rather than making some unreasonable excuses.
All I want to say, I will try all my best to accommodate every tenants I meet same as I do usually. Read more comments about me before you make any decision.Cheers Simon
