Desak helped provide transport from the airport to the room. The space around the rooms where beautiful and peaceful. This was a beautiful blend between privacy and comfort of a hotel. We where able to order a freshly prepared meal at 8pm-brought right to our room. Breakfast was delicious and served outside on the patio. We enjoyed watching locals start their days while we sipped coffee.
The room has air conditioning which was a relief if it got too hot, but we rarely needed it and only briefly.
This residence is close to two must-see temples and you can rent a scooter right from the porch! Excellent choice. So peaceful.
very nice place to stay! could not be better, next the beach, lovely stuff
Everything was great, a little oase what you don't expect by the first view from the outside! Thank you
The dormitory and the shared bath room were very clean.
It was nonetheless a bit noisy with all the ferries arriving all night long from Lombok.
We also really appreciated the atmosphere of the restaurant downstairs.
I would recommend this place to all backpackers looking for a cheap place to stay.
We had a lot of fun. The food in the Restaurant is awesome! :-)
Perfect room for a couple, lot of colors and really delicious restaurant downstair.
Positif : Fan and private bathroom
Negatif : Mosquitos (bring spray) and no intimity, thin separation.
This location is not really for the people who like to stay in a quiet place and who have a high expectancy level. The washing facilities and the toilet are ok, given that they are shared. The people behind the counter are very friendly, got a lot of information for you. So don't spend your time on the streets looking for transport, just ask here.
Topiinn is a nice quirky place to stay. The staff were so lovely and the food is a must try! My room was cozy to say the least and quite dark, I would recommend taking a torch! The ensuite was simple, but adequate. Not a long stay place, but a good stop over.
It really is a hostel with its advantages and disadvantages. There is a nice cafe downstairs with both Balinese and European food. During our stay (July) it was very crowded and inpersonal. We booked a double room but it felt like we were sharing it with all the noisy guest as the walls were made of some rather symbolic bamboo.
Previous reviews are pretty accurate. Topi Inn is a backpacker hostel with a few rustic private rooms. Our room was small and dark but there were nice outdoor spaces to hang out. Good restaurant and location. Not a typical AirBnB since it is impersonal and just a typical hostel experience. Not sure you need to pay an AirBnB surcharge to book into a well advertised hostel that's in all the guidebooks. Also, not sure what is 'Eco' about the rooms
