I am an a Brooklyn based interdisciplinary artist originally from Syracuse, NY. I just returned from the Arctic to research a conceptual art project on ice and information related to arctic terrain. And I often travel to research for my art or to make it. As well I take short term residencies in or near New York city that cause me to live away from my loft.
My loft and the building remains a vestige of art history in Williamsburg. I'm committed to fostering creative culture in the city and as a host I can direct you to notable galleries, venues and cultural happenings in Brooklyn. My building is a tight community and I'm proud to have been part of it for almost ten years.
I received my Master’s degree from New York University’s Interactive Telecommunications Program, with a two-year Tisch School of the Arts Fellowship. I was a recent artist in residence at the Simons Center for Geometry and Physics, as well as an installation exhibitor and performer in Montreal at Eastern Bloc's Sight and Sound Festival. Professionally, I also work on conceptual design, web design and interactive design projects.
