WOW! I'm really sorry to hear about this, Melissa! I had no idea as I pay someone to do the cleaning. I will certainly fix this in the morning! I wish you would have told me immediately - while you were there so I could have dealt with it rather than my first inkling being in a review.
I will also reiterate to my residents that leaving the doors open is unacceptable. Again, I had no idea about this and as you could probably tell from my direct and detailed communication that it has been established as unacceptable.
I'm sorry to hear you had such a lousy experience. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do now. I would suggest to you that if your expectations aren't met in future AirBnB stays that you give your host an opportunity to make things right rather than saying nothing and then leaving a terrible public review.
