I'm an Australian expat living in Hong Kong and working for a large international law firm.
Although a located in a convenient area, the apartment itself was far from tidy or clean. In fact, it was really dirty, the kind where you wish you hadn't prepaid and wanted to check out and go to a hotel. No clean towels, the sheets did not smell clean and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned since the last visitors or perhaps in weeks really. From dirty countertops to a dirty toilet and hair in the shower drain, it was a turn off from start to finish. And beware that most HK apartments do not have heat and it is quite cold during the winter months, so be prepared to bring your own heater else you will be quite chilly! I would not recommend this apartment nor ever stay here again unfortunately.
As i said to Bree, we had a very quiet and convenient stay in her place. Very close to LKF, but far enough (or maybe with enough amount of building in between) to avoid the noise of this busy place. Central MTR station at less than 5 minutes walk, bus stop in front of the building, all in all i recommand the Bree's flat ! For a future stays, i'll try to book it again, that´s for sure.
The flat is well sized for 2, clean and very confortable.
Thanks Bree for your flat ! we really enjoy our HK trip.
My girlfriend and I stayed for five nights and had a nice time. Location honestly couldn't be better and the space is good for a couple or one person. Bathroom is bigger than a lot of HK apartments and despite the location it is quiet at night time. Overall a good value spot.
