The apartment is in a great area, has a really nice relaxed style, plenty of natural light and is quiet. My idea of a dream apartment in Paris! Léa was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Anyone who wants to live in a truly authentic Paris apartment, I highly recommend!
Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour dans le petit appartement de Léa: confortable, spacieux, lumineux, chaleureux... Un coin parfait pour se poser après avoir sillonné la ville. Les quartiers alentours sont super chouettes... On y retournera!
Léa was very welcoming and communicative, regularly checking in with us regarding arrival times and helpfully advising re: the best transit route from the airport to her apartment as well as her favorite restaurants in the area. The apartment itself is homey and charming with many plants, varied textiles, and eclectic artwork. We especially loved the views from the front and back balconies as well as the quiet resulting from being several stories above street level. The neighborhood was ideal for us, having numerous bars, restaurants, and markets while also being a short walk from several transit and bus stations. It was also nice to be in a less overtly touristy area with more varied and affordable restaurants and cafes where, night after night, we met lovely, welcoming strangers who lived in the area. Would definitely stay here again on future short- or long-term trips to Paris.
Lea is a fantastic hostess, she gave us lots of local innformation before I arrival which was very helpful.
It's a good location, close to the station and supermarkets and restaurants.
The apartment is lovely, very pretty and well equipped and it was lovely sitting on the balcony. I would highly recommend Lea and we will definitely stay here again if we return to Paris.
Lea was very welcoming and friendly - she provided us with many good tips about the neighbourhood and we got the key in the restaurant downstairs. A very smooth solution. The apartment is great and in a very good area of Paris, the two balconies were fantastic for breakfasts and lunches in the Parisian summer. I highly recommend this place.
We had a great week in Léa's cosy and comfortable apartment. There is plenty of space for three persons (we're a family of two adults and one child) and the apartment was a perfect (and cool!) place to relax after spending a busy and hot day in Paris (it was far above 30 degrees Celsius in the week we visited). The neighbourhood is nice and lively. There's a metrostation close by, several supermarkets and pharmacies and an excellent bakery. There are also a lot of nice restaurants close by. Léa send us a long list of recommendations and we tried several of them and all of them were great! We didn't get to see Léa in person, but communication before and during our stay was perfect. I would certainly recommend staying at this place! Beware though if you have trouble walking stairs: the apartment is on the fifth floor (which gives you the advantage of a view at the Sacre Coeur from one of the litlle balconies), but since there's no elevator, you must be able to walk a lot of stairs.
Our stay at Lea's apartment was great! It was big enough for two people, and it was really cozy as well. The neighborhood is close to the canal so there's lots of restaurants and bars, Lea recommended some to us and even drew a little map of the area. As a host Lea was very helpful and accommodating. She even helped us run down to the pharmacy to translate when we needed to buy some medicine, for which I am very grateful! Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Paris for a couple of days.
Léa's place is lovely, and she's a great host. Good location, beautiful balconies full of plants. Léa gave us a tour of the place when we got there and told us we could use any of the spices in the kitchen (and cooking plants growing in the balcony). The only negative comment is that when I booked I didn't realize a cat normally lives in the apartment. I'm allergic to cats, but luckily my allergies weren't too bad. But if you have bad allergies this probably is not the right place for you.
All was great! Although Léa wasn't there all went perfect. The small restaurant (Triangle) in the house is very good! The appt is perfect for a couple and has a beautiful balcony view to Sacre Coeur. Its very central located (we almost walked to all places) and its in the middle of the "hip" Canal St. Martin quarter. Many nice bars etc. Supermarket around the corner. Léa was very nice in sharing good places to be!
We'd come back immediately if we could :)
Merci beaucop Léa!
Appartement confortable et bien placé. La vue depuis le balcon est très belle.
Ragazzi molto gentili e carini , perfetti giest
Lea is a very nice and sweet girl, I had the pleasure to meet her and her boyfriend at their arrive and departure. Lea and her boyfriend were great guests and left the flat clean and in order. I hope they will come back! Thanks Lea!
Léa was really nice!
Very clean and organized, I'll definitely receive her as a guest again.
Léa est une jeune femme charmante et déterminée, elle communique facilement et a vécu un exploit personnel dans la montagne, de ceux qui vous font dire, je l'ai fait ! Bravo !
