Unfortunately Mr. Habip does not have a firm grasp of English. When he booked the studio I explained to him that or surrent guest would like to stay for an extra night and that we would have to put him in a smaller room for the first night and reimbursed him the difference in the price of the rooms. In amessage he confirmed. We didn't realize that Mr. Habip reserved the studio for an associate and not himself until his associate arrived 4 hours late. After agreeing we were stunned when Mr. Habip's associate left as he did. Also from the review that Mr. Habip sent I can ee that there is still a misunderstanding. We have never misrepresented any of our rooms. As it is very very rare that we have received a negative review I felt compelled to respond to this review.
