I am from NYC and very often rent my own west village apt to airbnb guests.
I work in fashion, love to travel.
I am very responsible, respectful, neat and non smoker.
Deborah has a fantastic apartment that is ideally located. It's in the middle of the West Village but quiet rear apartment that was perfect for our stay. It's close to the Subway and all other treats the West Village has to offer.
Deborah was very flexible with check in and out times, the whole process worked very well.
Will definitely stay there again.
Deborah's appartment is located in a quiet street, but nearest to bars and restaurants. Check-in and out was without problems and Deborah was very quick to resolve problems with the wifi. We recommend her appartment!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deborah's charming West Village apartment. The original details and unique design touches made it feel like a more genuine New York experience. The location, on a quiet tree-lined block right near 7th Ave and the subway, made it exceptionally convenient to access all areas of the city. We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to our friends.
Deborah's lovely apartment was perfect for our 11 night stay.
The West Village area is filled with charm and so many great restaurants, bars and shopping choices.
The apartment feels quite spacious even though it is small (which is what you expect in New York) and it was very clean. The size is perfect for 2 people.
I always felt very safe in the area and my husband and I were surprised how safe and clean New York is in general.
It was so fun to stay in a traditional New York apartment just like in the movies!
When we return to New York (hopefully soon!) we would love to be able to stay in Deborah's apartment again.
Highlights if the area are Bleecker Street (so close), Greenwich Village (great restaurants like the Spotted Pig and Aria), the subway is super close, citibikes are an amazing way to get around the city, the list goes on!
Thanks Deborah :)
We loved Deborah's place. The location is perfect. The apartment is as described - very small kitchen, but who cares with all those great restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment is up 2 flights of stairs - and the hallways are rather old and run down, but the apartment itself is very clean, with a lot of storage space in the closet, which we definitely appreciated. If you want to be in the heart of the West Village, this is a good option.
Great apartment - we had an amazing 6 days. We stayed at an East Village hotel when we returned to New York and it was more than twice the price and nowhere near as (website hidden) Lukes Place is a perfect location - we could see the Empire State Building from the window. Great living room. Small kitchen and bathroom, as typical of New York. Easy collection of keys from a nearby address. Lots of clean towels. Loved the West Village. We walked all over New York from here. Really close to High-Line, lots of good bars and restaurants. And a stone's throw from Houston Street subway. And the cocktails and staff at Little Branch at the end of the street were fabulous! Stay here with confidence.
Deborah's place is lovely and very well located between West Village and Soho. My boyfriend and I stayed there for almost one week and had a great time. We specially loved the view on NY's cute browstones that you could see from the living room windows. Also, the bedroom is really quiet which is very nice after a hectic day in the City (or a big night out).
Best Location! Middle of West Village with all the cafes and Jazz clubs. In the other direction the Hudson River Park (Pier 45!) with great sunsets. Three different underground stops within few minutes walk.
The Apt is very clean and well equipped. Charming details like original wooden floor, old sky light in the bathroom and fireplace. Windows facing a green backyard, with the top of the Empire State Building looking over the rooftops on the other side.
The Mattress 1.35 / 1.90 and comfy. Staircase could take some cleaning.
Deborah is a friendly and helpful host. She met us personally even though our flight had a few hours delay.
Be sure to check about the progress of the construction at the building site in the backyard and next door, If you like to sleep past 8:00 or to spend some quiet time in the apt on daytime. Though after 16:30 and on weekends very quiet
Yet it was a great stay in Deborah’s apt.
A great apartment in a perfect location, close to everything - and surprisingly quiet. It was absolutely clean. The bed was very good. The house and facilities are a bit outdated, but charming. The host is very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
Deborah and her Boyfriend were in my flat in Milan (ITALY) for 5 nights. They leave the home great and clean! ;-) thanks for your stay in Italy and I hope you will be in Italy again.
Had a good experience.
We were very happy to have had Deborah as our guest at Beach Palace. We hope she enjoyed her stay and will come back one day. Deborah is a very quiet, friendly person who left behind her a clean condo.
I absolutly recommand Deborah's place. Her flat is really charming and full of good vibes.
Funny anecdote : the house was the shooting place of the "cosby show". Don't hesitate to book for a confortable stay in NY. Wann
