WISH I WOULD NOT HAVE ACCEPTED HER RESERVATION. After booking my place, and having held it open for her, she decided not to come at the last minute. So I lost the money from keeping the room open for her.
Then she DEMANDED a full refund, incredible! So I said OK I'll meet you halfway, and give you back half the refund (as listed on the airbnb policy as well), which was more than fair, but instead of compromising, she persisted and persisted, and rejected my offer for half.
Then unbelievably, SHE left a bad review, after it was her decision not to come and having rejected my offer for 50% refund. Shocking. I'd tread lightly as she might cancel at the last minute.

We have no intention to deny our mistake, of course in the term of the missing breakfast on the first day, we have taking it into our consideration to extend our breakfast time until 11.00. Because normally our breakfast-service is at 7 – 09.30am. So it will be more convenience for guest who wants to take a rest longer.
And for the booking confirmation, we always sent it to all our guest after they made the confirmation through airbnb. Which, in this email consist: detail of the actual reservation, price, direction to arrive to our homestay (including some recommended transportation), contact person, phone, address and also map. This email we have sent it to you in the same date when you made the reservation in airbnb which is on the 24th July 2013 and also the same email address you put in your reservation & profile in airbnb. We also have sent report of this email.
About the room standard This is the quote of the message we have sent you in airbnb :
The rate per night is same and the special offer we just send you for two nights in superior room. We can't tell you the rate here as it'll be automatically hidden. We can only tell you that Standard room is cheaper than superior room and the different is that standard room is smaller than superior.

So the rate of standard room is cheaper, superior is 20(twenty) USD and standart is 16(sixteen) USD ( you also can find it in the email of booking confirmation ) , the facilities of standard room is the same like superior room which are : TV-cable, fridge, hot water, aircon, double bed, and WIFI. You might also know that the system of airbnb didn’t allow us to put any price/phone number/email or anything in the message. So that’s why we put everything in the email.
On the beginning we have had feedback from our guest about finding the address of Tigalima homestay, than we have improved our booking confirmation to more informative about the direction, by putting our map and also recommended transportation which they know already the location of our homestay. The main street near tigalima which is Jl.Gejayan is also very well-known, as it is one of the important main streets in Yogyakarta.
But overall, we really thank you for your feedback, it always useful to know the opinion of our guest about our homestay. We would like also to have feedback from your fellow traveller who you said that had the same problem as you, so we can see how we can improve our service in this term.
Katalin and Leon are perfect couple. Very easy going,friendly, flexible, tolerant and full of adventure, It was enjoyable to have them stay in my house, shared all the stories. I hope u enjoy your travel in Indonesia
