I live for travelling and am all for new adventures. I go where the wind takes me and love the opportunity to give up my apartment for the open road.

I definitely recommend Dounia's studio, where I spent two nights. The apartment is clean and cozy, exactly as described, and I appreciated the small touches, like a guide to Toronto and the umbrellas hanging on the door in case of rain. The apartment is close to the subway and within walking distance to downtown Toronto. Dounia was a great host -- very easy to contact and prompt with her replies.
Dounia's studio really is charming, it is clean, spacious and comfortable. The neighbourhood is in a great location with lots to offer, and easy access to the subway, trams and buses to get you to other parts of the city with ease.
Dounia was a gracious and helpful host. We needed to shorten our stay at the last minute, she was happy to cancel our second night, and allowed us to store our luggage past checkout.
When I'm next in Toronto this will be the place I hope to stay!
Nice studio, very charming as advertised and close to every facilities (subway, supermarkets etc.). I spent 5 nights at Dounia's place and I found this place very quiet, clean and functional. While arriving I found 2 towels on the bed and the place was more cleaner than some hotels !
I highly recommend this place.
Communicating with Dounia was really easy. We didn't meet in person, but due to the great organization from Dounia's side, we got into the apartment without any issues. It provided everything we needed for our little family, plus, it was super clean.
The location of the apartment is simply great. Really save neighborhood, close to public transport and as close to endless food options along Bloor Street.
I can only recommend Dounia as a host and would book with her again if we ever plan to get back to Toronto in the future.
No place for old men' Nice room in rooming house. Classic brick building near 'Fraternity Row. Many cigarette butts. Hostess good looking on her motor cycle.
Studio exactly as advertised, roomy, light and airy with all mod cons (except AC - could be a trifle warm in summer). Right in the middle of the student district close to shops and virtually the centre of the public transport system. walking distance to museums and art gallery, innumerable cafes and markets. Loved it.
I was very pleased with the accommodation provided which matched the description and the photographs. Dounia was a helpful and communicative host. I will definitely book this suite again as it was excellent value for the money.
Nice and local, easy to get around and close to everything you need, highly recommned to others
The apartment was just as advertised! Small but cozy and in a great neighborhood, very close to the subway and a lot of places to eat.
Very cute apartment in a nice neighborhood full of red brick houses by the University of Toronto campus. Very little noise and the students seemed well-behaved, even on a weekend night. Easily walkable to the subway and pretty much everywhere we needed to go - easy streetcar ride to Billy Bishop airport's ferry terminal. Kept very clean and the shower was nice and hot. There's a hot plate, toaster oven and kettle, enough for quick breakfasts or late night snacks. Highly recommended.
