I had a very nice 2 night stay at Pam and Dan's home in Cupertino. Perfect location to walk to Apple campus. Room was clean, quite and comfortable. The spot was exactly as advertised and the hosts were great.
My stay at Dan & Pamela's was fantastic! Beyond the room being perfect (great size, desk, alarm clock, comfortable bed), the hosts are really warm and welcoming, including Toby and Tiger, their Yorkie and cat :). I stayed for the duration of a "work week" and instead of coming back to a sterile hotel room, I got to come home to a what felt like a home away from home. Other details: The bathroom is huge - double sinks with a full bath/shower and very clean. The home was warm and inviting, and in a great spot if you work in Cupertino. I did not have a car, but if you did have a car, there is plenty of parking on the street. Walking distance to Target, Whole Foods, and the Apple Main Campus.
I highly recommend staying with Dan and Pamela if you are looking to have a warm, welcoming experience in the Cupertino area!
It is wonderful experience staying this very friendly bnb host, room is clean and quiet. Did I mention it is walking distance to healthy grocery?
definitely recommend this bnb if you plan your trip to silicon vlley
I felt completely comfortable at Pamela & Dan's house the moment I walked through the door. Pamela and Dan are very kind hosts, and treated me like a member of their household.
My room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was very cozy with nice pillows, and lots of extra blankets. The bathroom was also very clean. My experience was entirely positive.
Very comfortable and clean -- bedroom and bathroom. Nice and hospitable family, Internet was fast. My first airbnb experience and it went quite well.
Pamela & Dan have a great place. They are great hosts and provided everything needed for a great stay. It is walking distance to Wholefoods and downtown Cupertino.
Great hosts, a quiet and comfortable room. I would definitely stay again if I am in the area
Stayed for a full month. It was great!
Pamela and Dan are excellent hosts. The house is quiet and in a very convenient location. I enjoyed my stay very much and recommend this place to anyone who would like to stay in Cupertino for a few days/weeks.
We had an excellent stay at Pamela and Dan's place. The house provided us with all the basic needs. If you are looking for a luxurious place, this might not be your pick, but since we were out most of the day enjoying SF, their place served us just right. The inflatable matras lacks comfort and the lock on the main door is cumbersome, but these are details. The view from the terrace is awesome! The location next to Twin Peaks is a bit remote although public transport connection is ok. If you plan to see the Bay Area, you need a car and free parking around the house is a definite plus. Communication with Pamela and Dan was clear and they generously offered to use small items from the kitchen for consumption, which made us feel welcome. All in all, what you get matches what you pay.
These guys were great to have. They were great communicators, arrived and departed when they said they would, left the house as they found it, got towels etc started in the washing machine... basically the dream visitor!
Delightful family -- parents Pamela and Dan + their 2 children of 16 and?21 -- most interesting too, they all were; would have them back in a hurry.
Dan & Pamela's apartment is a sweet oasis with an incredible view of San Francisco!
I've really enjoyed my time staying at their wonderful home. Whether you're coming to San Francisco for the very first time or for the 50th time, this would surely be an excellent 'home away from home'!
