Robert is a Colorado native with historic ties to the old west. His great, great uncle, Charles Varnum was Custer's Chief of Scouts who fought in the Battle of the Little Big Horn and lived to tell the story. His great grandmother, Blanche Stinger, was one of the first pioneer children born in Wyoming. His father's family homesteaded in Eastern Colorado and Wyoming.
We have been married since 1980 and have lived in Cody since 2001. In addition to working in our retail gift business and Angels' Keep Bed & Breakfast, we can often be seen mountain biking, hiking, or touring our little corner of the world, from Yellowstone National Park to the the beautiful Bighorn National Recreation Area. You are invited to bring along your hiking gear, road bikes or mountain bikes and join us on any of our adventures. Our newest outdoor hobby is geocaching, a high tech version of treasure hunting. Whether you choose to stay a night, or stay a lifetime, you are sure to enjoy the western hospitality offered by your hosts and the entire community!
