I am Italian but I lived in the US for a long time. I work as an English teacher for children and I am a tour guide of Rome. I like reading, Yoga and running.
Ninette was a wonderful hostess! The apartment was clean, spacious and great proximity to a metro stop. Ninette told us good places to go and things to do, made homemade bread for us for breakfast and even showed us how to make pizza! A great stay overall, despite the neighborhood being a little noisy occasionally, and I would highly recommend this place to others.
I used airbnb in several stops on a trip across Europe, and Ninette's place was the best by far. It's spacious, clean, and welcoming. Ninette is a great host, she was very generous and kind, and even offered to invite some friends over to get the real Italian dinner experience. She taught us how to make lasagna and pizza, which was great. Staying with her felt the most like a home, and the most like making a new friend as opposed to just living in someone's place.
Per il poco tempo che ho trascorso con lei, posso dire che Antonella mi è parsa una ragazza solare e gentile. E' stato un piacere per me ospitarla!
Hi, Fellow Travelers!
I met Ninette nine years ago when I studied abroad in Rome. We were roommates! She is AMAZING! She is a great host- very considerate and thoughtful of everyone. She also is a great resource for getting to know Rome and Italian culture. She'll share things with you that you won't find in the guide books.
I recently visited her (July 2013) and stayed at this apartment. It is beautiful and in an amazing location. It's close to so many great restaurants, the subway, and parks (perfect if you're a runner!). The room is cozy and comfortable.
