20. De La Salle University. Legal Management. I love to travel and have been to a lot of cities here in the Philippines, and abroad.
My communication with Camille was easy and she responded quickly with all of concerns. The room and bed were clean and good smelling. The condominium building is very secure and I would rate it as a 5 star building. And most importantly, it's just a few steps to two popular shopping malls! Thanks, Camille!
Response from Camille:
Thank you so much, Ms. Cornelia!! I would gladly host you and your friends again in the future!
As others have reviewed the toilet seat was not attached. Walls a bit dirty, you could tell it was a rental. The building itself was very nice and felt like a hotel in the lobby, amenities of building are nice to enjoy as well with the gym and infinity pool on the 36th floor. Good views from the unit as it is on the 50th floor. I never met the owner but her assistant was good and the owner was quick to respond to text messages.
Response from Camille:
Hi sir, thank you so much for the feedback! We have fixed the situation regarding the walls and have taken down the previous wallpaper and replaced with new ones. Thank you!! We hope to have you back again!
Great place to stay. Plenty of room in the 1BR apartment. Convenient shopping center in A Venue plaza below.
Response from Camille:
Thank you so much for the positive review! We hope to have you back some time in the future! :)
Great communication leading up to my arrival. Camille answered any of my queries very quickly.
Upon arrival I wasn't met by Camille but by her house keeper. She was very patient as my flight was delayed as the traffic in Manilla in the evening was ridiculous.
The overall apartment was very clean. The place does need a splash of paint though.
There were a few amenities that were missing which I think should be standard for any visitor. This included: iron, frying pan,l toaster, kettle, bowls, hangers, spatular, hair dryer, kitchen bin.
I bought an iron, pan, bowl, hangers and spatular and left it there.
The toilet seat wasn't attached and I don't think it was the right one for the actual toilet so was a pain using. Camille was away for xmas and her house keeper too. So was left with an uncomfortable toilet seat that kept on moving around.
Overall the place was ok. Nice view of the city from the 50th Floor. Great facilities such as gym, and swimming pool. shops and restaurants within walking distance. The new century mall was being constructed which will give visitors a wider choice of shops.
The Gramercy night club hadn't officially opened but would be great when it does!
Greenbelt was only 10mins by taxi, and the Fort was about 15-20mins. With moderate traffic mall of asia was 30 mins.
The staff and security was really good too.
Would stay again provided all amenities are there next time.
Clean studio with a little balcony and nice view on the city, very convenient location in Fort Bonifacio, Camille was easy to communicate with and made it possible for a late arrival
Very nice apartment with fabulous view. Easy check in and out. Wireless working with no problem. Tablet available. HDTV. Aircon. Everything you need, and lots of bars (just take care which one you select in this neighborhood to not get more than you asked for). Excellent staff, Makati CBD in walking distance (15-20 minutes) or short jeepney ride. Highly recommended, and I will happily book again when I am back and the apartment is available!
The unit at Bellagio 3 with parking is not recommended. First and foremost, the check in process was not seamless as we have hoped for. The host was 1 hour and half late on agreed check in time. I find that very unprofessional. She could have texted us or notified the reception desk. The unit was dirty and dusty. I took some pictures but unfortunately I could not post to share. The bed was not comfortable and the linens were rough and did not seem fresh. Unbelievable! The bathroom sink faucet is broken. There was not a single trash can to be found. Camille did not simple check if the unit was presentable or acceptable. It was not well maintained by all the markings on walls. While the unit has a golf course view, you will find condoms thrown by the ledge which I pointed out during our post stay inspection or check out.
One will wonder how the unit is being used! No decent tv channels even to watch the news for it was only connected to a rabbit antenna. No Internet access or landline to make local calls as well.
The only plus was the basement parking slot. Please rent with caution. I will never stay here again. If I could demand a refund of my 3 day stay, I would have done so. The host was very prompt and apologetic with emails but don't get fooled by her good communication skills - her unit is unacceptable!

Check in/out was easy, Camille's assistant was waiting for me in the lobby with the keys and elevator card.
Apartment was nice. Inside there is a kitchen stocked with some plates, cups, and utensils, and a range, fridge and sink, however, I did not use.
The bathroom was stocked with 1 towel, and some hotel bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soaps. She also provided toothpaste and hand bar of soap. I brought my own toiletries from home, so did not use. There is a big crack across the mirror.
The studio living room/bedroom was decorated with a table and 4 chairs, love seat, ottoman, work desk (next to bed), queen bed, and coffee table. There was also a TV, however, I did not use it. I don't think it was connected to anything...so bring an HDMI cable and laptop to watch your own movies (Sky cable sucks anyway).
There is ample closet space - enough where you could easily live out of the apartment for weeks. Bring your own hangers.
The bed was nice and had 4 firm pillows. The mattress was a little stiff and thin, but was fine for the 6 days I was there.
On the desk, there is a phone that lets you dial the concierge at the building to get you taxis and ask questions. It is also the same phone they call you on if you get food delivery (before delivery guy brings to your door). This phone does NOT dial out.
The view is of EDSA Shangri-La and Ortigas CBD. The windows have blackout shades, so you don't have to worry about sun waking you up. The lights in the apartment felt very dim to me, so I left the window blinds up during the day.
The aircon/AC works very well and my room felt like an icebox (which I personally love). It was also well insulated - I would be gone all day and the room was still comfortable temperature when I would return.
There is no internet in the apartment, however, for a 3000 php deposit, you can rent a Globe Tattoo (handheld wifi device). I couldn't get the device to connect (had full signal...but no internet...guessing the bill wasn't paid or ran out of internet allotment). I have international data on my phone and a local phone, so it wasn't a big deal for me. There is also free wifi on the 8/9th floors (amenities floors where pool, locker room and gym are located).
The building is great, the staff is wonderful and helpful and the amenities are fantastic...arguably the best in Manila. I used to live in Manila for 2.5 years, and in that building for 1.5. To avoid paying 100/200php for gym/pool, tell them you forgot your amenities card upstairs. Towels are 30p.
It is directly connected to Shang Plaza and EDSA Shang via 5th floor. 5 minute walk to Megamall (walk through EDSA Shang when raining to avoid getting wet).
I would definitely stay again!
