I am a Senior Lecturer in Sport Psychology at University of Worcester in England. I have had the opportunity to travel the world working with athletes who have competed at World class level (including olympics and paralympics, international level). I have made use of Airbnb on a number of occasions, one last year where I spent 3 glorious weeks in Hawaii (and about 10 of those days where with airbnb hosts which was awesome!) and a trip in April where I visited Barcelona and had a wonderful time.
I like doing a real mix of activities and have recently begun a set of 30 challenges to complete in my 30s starting with the Edinburgh Marathon, a sky dive and a few adventure races (including the Hellrunner which was awesome, Mudrunner, yes you guessed it was extremely muddy and Survival of the Fittest! Well, I survived!) :0) I intend to keep travelling as much as possible and one of my challenges is to climb Kilimanjaro and for many of these challenges I raise money for charity too. I think I have raised about £4000 so far for various charities.
I hope this gives you a flavour about me. I am very respectful of other people's homes and property. I am generally interested in learning and meeting new people so not interested in partying. I prefer more civilsed evenings, nice meals and a few glasses of wine!
I have used this site for 3 trips so far and am always looking to book a 4th, so I would like to think I am a good person to host your property out to.
If you need anything else...just ask!
