I am originally from California. A Mexican American living 15 great years in Cancun. Like many I came to Cancun on vacation fell in love with the brilliant blue color of water and sand. So I came back to visit and little did I know that this was destined to be my future home. I am very passionate about Mexico and all its natural and mystical wonders, Starting from the diversity in its places to visit, culture, tone of language, arts and crafts. All these differs depending in areas of mexico you are in. Do not get me started on their variety of food this country offers. As one can tell I am passionate about Mexico , and am very grateful that I live in one of the most beautiful places in this country.

With all this said, I welcome you to stay at Casa Hulia. I live at Casa with my beautiful vivacious son and Gracious Edna who assists me. We have three outside dogs. I work from Casa and one will often see us busy with different projects. We have adapted to the Mexican life style were you will usually see us have "comida" around 2 pm and "cena" at 7pm.

Casa Hulia is in a good location of Cancun where you will find accessibility to so much. A safe quaint neighborhood surrounded by great little mom pop business. Casa Hulia is an ample Mexican style home with hamacks (besides regular beds) in each room! A 3 to 10 minute walk to the following locations: local ecological park, bus stops, shopping mall, local restaurants (home cook Mexican meals, seafood, Italian, Yucatan style food, chicken rotisserie, vegan planet, Mexican tacos, Starbucks, Cinemark, supermarkets, local pubs, convenient stores and laundry services.

I welcomes guests from all over the world to stay with us through their travels in Quintana Roo and Yucatan. Feel the experience of staying in local Mexican home, where we hope you get the sense of mi casa es tu casa during your stay.
