Amy's place is great! The location off of Division (the new hot Restaurant Row in Portland) was perfect! The space was set up with two queen beds. Clean and quiet!
We had an excellent time at Amy's! This was our second stay here. The house is so comfortable and charming and in a great location. Six of us were very happy, with lots of sleeping options for a group. We loved sitting on the front porch for coffee, even in February.
We spent our long weekend walking around Hawthorne and Division Streets, eating and checking out the shops. SO many good restaurants close by! The bus to downtown is just a block away too.
Amy was great and we had everything we could possibly need.
Loved the house, and it was perfect for our needs, as everybody had their own spaces. My husband and I had the best bed ever! Since we were cooking, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The house was quite clean, which is important to me. Our sons loved the eclectic collection of books, with one of them finishing one during our week stay. The dogs were very happy, as was I, because of the fenced yard, but we loved our daily walks through the neighborhood ... and romping at the wonderful dog park at Mt. Tabor Park! There's a great antique/consignment shop just around the corner where I found a couple fun items, and Stumptown was just the right walking distance away. We did make it down to the food trucks for a great meal on foot one cold day. When we arrived at the house, I saw that there was only street parking and was concerned, as it was just off busy Division, but it really turned out to never be a major problem to park close to the house. The house was bright and cheery, and we all enjoyed our stay there. Thank you, Amy!
Amy has a beautiful house in a great neighborhood. The space was perfect for my family over the holidays. The fireplace and living room was very cozy and great for family meals. Thank you!
Our large family of nine stayed in Amy's house over Thanksgiving weekend and had a great stay. We had some chilly days during our stay but the heating was adequate in the whole house (there were space heaters in the upstairs bedrooms, but we didn't even turn them on). As can be expected with a house that is over 100 years of age, there is some small wear and tear, but we were extremely comfortable and found all that we needed. Amy was communicative, friendly and patient about the fact that I was in the midst of a road trip and not always exactly prompt about responding. The neighborhood couldn't be better with vintage shops, wine stores, great bakeries and restaurants and a fantastic grocery store just a quick drive away. Our kids especially enjoyed having the small backyard
Amy's home is so warm and welcoming. She was a fantastic host, very accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. At the end of the night she even made time to sit around the table with us and chat. The location is AMAZING too! The house is in such a fun neighborhood, everything is within walking distance. I will definitely stay there again.
Amy is an amazing host! She was very accomodating and responded quickly. Her home was in a great location in PDX. I hope I will get another opportunity to stay here.
The house was very cozy and located in a nice neighborhood. The second floor was a bit hot on the weekend we stayed, but everything was as advertised.
Amy was very accommodating for our late arrival and early departure. Everything clean and attractive as advertised. The neighborhood couldn't be more convenient. Just a few houses off Division, convenient to lots of eateries.
Amy was a fantastic host. The rooms were absolutely perfect in an ideal location. We were close to a fantastic downtown area and were able to easily hop on a bus if we wanted to travel across the bridge. Amy was extremely accommodating of our hectic schedule. 10 out of 10, would Portland again.
It was pure pleasure hosting Amy. She was kind and communicative. She kept the place spotless. Best of all, she really seemed to enjoyed our place, which is wonderful! Highly recommend Amy as a guest.
This guest didn't come due to her plan change. Hope to see her oneday
Amy and her friend were great guests : polite, convivial, open-minded, on-time for check-in and check-out... Regarding my apartment, I get it back perfectly clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Amy as a guest. See you next time Amy, in Paris or Portland!
Amy was a great guest. It was great having her stay in my place. I highly recommend to anyone.
very easy to deal with, flexible and communicative
Really enjoyed having you stay with us!! Look forward to having you back again.
Amy was an excellent guest, it was really a pleasure to meet and host her.
She also has a Airbnb rental in Portland and it was fun comparing notes, we also had many like activities that we connected with.
She was easy to communicate with, clean, respectful... Always welcome but most likely won't need it here in Portland but she'll make a great (email hidden) place.
Amy was a terrific guest, clean and respectful, and a great communicator. She is a host on AirB&B herself, so she know's what makes a good guest! I'd be happy to host Amy again!
Amy was a very sweet guest. Quiet, considerate and easy to talk with. I didn't get to spend much time with her as I was out of town part of the time she was here. But she and Fred and friend of Fred's had a fun Saturday evening conversing and sharing stories. She is welcome back anytime. ;)
Amy was so great. She was really an ideal guest. Super neat and clean, friendly, fun and easy to be with. She was also very helpful to us since she is now working with Airbnb. We would love to have Amy back anytime and would highly recommend her to anyone. You'd be lucky to have her stay with you.
Amy is a fabulous and conscientious hostess. Her home is in a fun neighborhood, walking distance to great restaurants and, in good weather, you can even walk to downtown! I would (and probably will!) stay with her again.
Amy is a lovely person with lots of interesting experiences to share! I would highly recommend staying with her!
Awesome classic home furnished with every conceivable high-end appliance you can imagine, leather couch and lazy boy, big flat screen, industrial Cuisinart and mixer, 4-slice toaster with independent darkness settings and built-in egg-poacher, Nintendo Wii with dance, drum, and air-guitar controllers. Infinite supply of apples and flowers in the garden for Fall harvesting. Back yard fire pit and movie screen. Daily hummingbird visits throughout the summer and Fall. You name it and Amy's place has it.
Amy is a kind and gracious person. After knowing her for only one day, she kindly showed me around her new city. I would definitely recommend Amy as a host.
