Brian was a kind host and he was willing to accommodate my needs. His other tenant was also extremely nice.
Stayed at Brian place for 5 days. He is really nice person, has all the information you need. The cat was no bother at all.
Brian is such a nice person! He picked me up at the train station in Lawrence so I wouldn't have to walk to his house. Excellent host, very nice. Even helped me find train times for the following day. Clean and comfortable room.
Brian is really a nice care-giver and his almost covered every part of resident life at his place. He warmed the room, cooked healthy breakfast for me and even drove me to train station. When we had chance to chat, he never failed to interest me by his personal experience and he always listened to me although my words didn't make sense sometimes. To sum up, he is really a nice host and don't miss him when you gonna to visit Lawrence or place nearby.
I was staying at Brian's place during an internship in Andover. The area was quiet and safe, and the room was very clean. Brian is a fantastic and helpful host. I did not have a car during my stay and therefore had to take the bus to get to work, but Brian would offer me a ride whenever it was possible.
I had a wonderful time and can only recommend this palce and host!
I felt very welcome and the description was accurate. Brian was the perfect host.
Brian is extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, even though I am far from a neat freak, I was not really comfortable with the cleanliness of tha apartment. I found the air left an odor on my things for a couple of days.
Peter arrived the day after the former guest left. I cleaned sheets and mattress pad and vacuumed. It was a hot week, so I did not open the window but left the air conditioner running. Perfume from the previous guest was not aired out.
My experience at Brian's was a delight. The room was clean and as described. The house was reminiscent of the house I grew up in so I felt very much at home. Quite nostalgic. Brian is an unassuming, congenial and respectful landlord. He helped me with whatever my need was. He accommodates his guests to the fullest of his ability. He provided information on local events and businesses such as a good laundry to use. The area is right off the freeway #495. Quick access to Boston or New Hampshire. Brian's cats are shy and stay to themselves. After a while, if you are patient, they will come around to play with you. Sharing the bathroom was no problem. Since I live in drought stricken California, I loved the ability to take two showers a day. Although Brian's house is full of personal items and collectables, one can look past that to the glory of the original woodwork and beauty of the apartment. This is my first experience with Airbnb. As an unaccompanied female senior citizen, my friends cautioned me to be careful. I can state unequivocally that my safety was never in question. Brian is a gentle man and a gentlemen. I had plenty of space to park and the area was mostly quiet. I was there for one month and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
I felt very comfortable with Brian. He is a wonderful host, generous and helpful. We had very interesting conversations, and sometimes we shared meals. I like the diverse neighborhood, and the old factories of Lawrence.
Brian was very nice. Place was a bit of a batchelor pad. The room itself was neat & clean. Beautiful old furniture. Surprisingly cat hair free.
