For future victim to judge:
1: guest book for one day, but want another cheaper room even worse than this. I clearly told him just stay one day first then you decided. 3: after your treating, I went to house and give you more than half money. Ask you for change. But You did not give me. Surprised You take the money, key, and payment record with refund-paper running out. The refund-paper is for you to sign but you want take it away. I have no choice to stop you and take back my key, and refund-paper.
Here please to judge who is hidden something and threaten another
A: I am not Malaysian, and A Malaysia guest want money.
B: A Malaysia guest want take my personal thing out my house, and that thing is very important for me to prove I already refund Malaysia guest money. B: so far this type guest all use same words" you are not Malaysian, you better refund me, otherwise you know........" And so far it is really really all use same words. No creative. Some guests bit better say " ok I make police report" so result is police help us solve problem, most half money back. Receipt is already mention " payment is not refundable" worse case like this, argue argue....
I am very simple, if you polite. worse follow law, still ok, but do not use wrong way to get back money.
