* Highly recommended.
* Very close from the center of Split
* Warm and cozy atmosphere
(Contact me when you guys come visit Korea! I can be your private guide then, lol. Looking forward to meet you guys soon in Korea!)
We didn't meet Ana & Josipa when we arrived, but her mother and little cut younger sister was welcoming us. Their younger sister guided us all over the Split. Especially, the gelato shop, she recommended, was very good. :-) The compact studio was very comfortable and close to the old town. But, it is very hard to find the parking lot.
We stayed at Ana and Josipa's place in Split for one night. It was fairly easy to communicate with them via Whatsapp before our visit, and they were very responsive. We arrived in this cramped little parking area, and they suggested we park off of Rokova street, but we luckily got a parking space in the cramped area right near the apartment.
It was a cute little studio with two twin beds. There was one outlet next to one of the beds, and one other in the kitchen. The wall next to one of the beds under the TV seemed a little chalky, so don't lean against it if you're wearing black pants.
As the host mentioned, leave the water heater on. It is a smaller water heater though, so plan on one person showering in the morning, and the other person at night, if possible. It was good for 1 1/2 super short showers.
Our hosts were very helpful, provided a map and pointed out areas of interest. The wifi was reliable, and the apartment was in a convenient location.
We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
(If you are concerned about the graffiti in the area, don't be. The apartment felt very safe!)
Ana and Josipa were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They are enterprising young women and they do a good job with running their accommodation. The apartment is small but comfortable and the location is excellent - a few minutes walk to the Dioclesian Palace. Our only problem was that we came by car and the local streets are very narrow and crowded with cars so it was difficult to manoeuvre and park.
The photos are what it seems. The location is just a 5 minute walk to Dioclesian Palace. We only stayed there for one night.
Ana and Josipa rent us a very nice room for three days. Clean and everthing was ok. We can absolute recommend this place for other travellers who need room for short time in center of Split.
Ana and Josipa were fantastic hosts and very helpful with places to check out in split. The room was very clean, as described in the ad and included everything I needed for my 1 night stay. Great location, very easy to get to town, the port and the beach by foot.
We gave them a call and they came out to get us. We had a car, but it's really difficult to find street parking, especially if you have a bigger car. All the streets around that area are one way streets, something to watch out for. But the accommodation was really nice and cute. All the amenities were there.
Chambre très pratique car à proximité de la vieille ville.
IDEAL dans son emplacement, l'intérieur est comme sur les photos.
La ville de Split nous a enchanté!
Ana & Josipa were great hosts, quick to respond to the booking request and to answer questions. The apartment was perfectly suited for us to stay for one night before heading on to the islands. Very close to the main train, ferry and (airport) bus stations, and easy to find!
