I love to travel and I would be very happy to let you enjoy this flat where I lived for a long time.

It was a great experience renting Nicolas' place. The apartment is very close to the La Fourche metro station and is in a very nice neighbourhood (Moulin Rouge is at 7 min distance walk, lots of restaurants, supermarkets). The apartment is very bright, nicely organized and in a good condition. I would recommend it for a group of 4 people.
A small misunderstanding with Nicolas probably due to a different native language.
All was good and Nicolas a nice host.
The apt is close to subway and the center.
We had a great time. The apartment is charming, it is as described and is very well located close to La Fourche. Everything worked perfect. I would rent it again in case I come to visit Paris again with my wife and kids.
We had a great time at the flat, Nicolas organised our arrival very well and the flat was clean and tidy in a great location, I fully recommend to stay here
Nice appartment, very close to the Metro. Everything was fine! Thanks.
Great little apartment for our trip to Paris. Provided a nice home away from home, close to transport and not too far away to walk into arid central for sightseeing. Nicolas was great with communication throughout our stay, and made us feel welcome before and during our trip. Many thanks Nicolas!
Nicolas was a good host. The apartment was very secure. It had a password code at the street door and two large bar tumblers at the door of the apartment. However, the apartment did leave a good bit to be desired. The space was a little too small for three people to be visiting for a week. We did enjoy the beds, they were perfect for resting after longs days out. I just wish we had air conditioning. The loft space was difficult to sleep in without it. The kitchen was too small to cook in for our group. The bathroom was a major problem for us, especially for the shower. It was too small for one full grown person. I couldn't turn around or pick up anything without turning off the water. And the water temperature was either scalding hot or freezing cold. Also, the bathroom window is half frosted, on the bottom half and directly across from the neighbors kitchen. If you're a male, your vulnerable pieces are obscured, if youre a lady, youre out of luck because you WILL be on display. The position on the fifth floor was a hassle only because I had been travelling for 3 weeks before I arrived and had a large amount of luggage to carry up 5 floors on skinny stair cases. Had I not been rooming with two other people, this space would have been wonderful for me and just me. However, with the space, it was just too much for us to handle at the time. It would be perfect for small groups on small vacations.
Nicolas was a nice host and very easy to communicate. The flat is small but enough for four people (2 couples). .. Very close to metro station and market. The only negative thing for the flat that it is on the 4th floor and no elevator..
