I've stayed here twice now. Great place, great location, great support.
Chase was quick, clear, and easy on the communication front. The loft itself is lovely, and couldn't possibly be better located. There are tons of restaurants, bars, and boutiques within walking distance, and downtown is a 10 minute walk. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Seattle.
Great experience. Chase is flexible and friendly. I travel to Seattle quite often and this will now be my first choice in where I crash while working with clients in Seattle. The noodle place on the corner serves amazing, healthy food.
I had an awesome time at this capital hill loft. Chase was really prompt in responding to any questions I had. The location is really unbeatable and there are many great bars/restaurants within a block from the loft. The decor is very sleak and I'm sad to say I didnt get to use the dishawasher or the washing machine/dryer ( I dont have one at my house ). The house is very clean and quiet despite being on one of the busiest corridors in seattle.
But we did enjoy the rooftop and a salt bath in the deep bathtub.
I would definitely stay here again ( and probably will next time I'm in Seattle ).
NOTE: parking in the area is kinda expensive $4 per 2 hours and there isnt a TV but when on vacation its kinda nice not to have one ( some people need it though ).
We spent two nights in this loft, and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to experience Capitol Hill while visiting Seattle.
The loft was a comfortable spot for two. Really enjoyed having a little outdoor deck off the front of the unit to check out all the activity on the street and stare at the Space Needle. The shared rooftop deck in the back of the building had amazing views.
So many restaurants and bars to choose from all within walking distance. That's assuming you're not cooking in the kitchen. We didn't but it was fully equipped.
I'd stay again!
He apartment was very comfortable and well-appointed. I look forward to my next stay there. It is also located in the best spot to enjoy Seattle. Also, the huge roof deck across the hall from the apartment is a real treat.
Fantastic place. Great location - close to a ton of great restaurants, bars, and shops. Well worth the price :)
I lived in Capital Hill back in 2009 and was bringing my husband out to Seattle for his first ever visit, so I wanted to stay in the best place possible to walk to great restaurants/bars/downtown. Chase's place is awesome! Great view, great (email hidden)d even though you are in the thick of it all, it's really quiet when you are ready to finally go to bed. The loft has all the amenties we needed with one exception..it need's a full length mirror!:) I would most definitely rent from Chase again! Thanks Chase and enjoy the wine we left for you as a thanks! The Vitales~
Chase was highly responsive to both my initial inquiry and in follow ups.
He was extremely flexible and helpful when I had a last minute change in arrival times, and was easily reached (text/phone) the entire time, and offered his picks on places to go.
The apartment was bright, modern, and airy, with views over the bustling Capitol Hill neighborhood. Bed was comfortable, always a plus!
The area gets busy on the weekend, but with the balcony door closed, the apartment was quiet. (Parking can be tight during peak times, but you really don't need a car when you're here).
The apartment was clean, stocked with coffee and coffee making accessories, but there are a handful of great local coffeehouses/bakeries/etc within blocks of the apartment. No shortage of creative new restaurants, bars, and healthy/veggie/vegan options also within mere blocks...
Great location, easy access from the airport, good walk to down town, convenient to public transportation. Comfy bed, pillows, bath towels. Nice to have a functional kitchen (needs a couple more cooking utensils - spoon, ladle, and lids for pots), bathtub/shower combo, lots of windows. Good space for one, ok for two if you like an open floor plan (no privacy) and don't mind the bathroom light shinning into the bedroom. I enjoyed the space though I'd pick different art.
