Raul was very responsive and the home had everything we needed and more! The view was breathtaking and we felt very safe. The cabs and beach access were easy walks down the road. The food recommendations were very helpful- we enjoyed titos and el Frances tacos! We made a trip into the city and did some shopping. Overall great experience on our family trip!
We had a lovely restful visit and Raul's house is as pictured. He left us a bottle of wine and a few staples to use. It is quiet, very private, and the ocean waves were loud enough to hear, but not so loud to be disturbing.
We arrived when ti was dark and got a bit lost, and he kindly came to meet us to follow him back to the house!!
I was worried about being cold and Raul left a small space heater for us to use. (didn't need it much).
We will definitely stay again if we come back to this area!
I'll try to improve as you suggests...Thank you I think it make sense.
Welcome any time.
The whole trip my boyfriend and I spent the time planning how to rearrange our lives so that we can spend a whole month in this house (at least). We have been traveling all over the world in airbnbs and this is hands down the best by far. You will definitely not want to leave the house- but if you do make sure to drive down the coast on the scenic highway toward espenada. And don't worry, you will feel incredibly safe in this house. See you again soon Raul!
Raul was very accommodating and helpful. His home was beautiful and spacious. It was very private and would love to stay there again.
Welcome any time...
So happy to book a second stay at 'Great Ocean View & Mild Weather'... we are looking forward to our third visit!
Raul, as always, makes it the best.
You are always welcome...
Raul is a gentleman and the consummate host. He graciously tended to our every need and super nice guy. He even went out of his way to stock the fridge with non-dairy milk and vegetables and fruit once he knew I was vegan.
His house is an escape from the world where you can feel comfortable, safe and relaxed. There's a gate that locks so that you that you don't have to worry about your vehicle. A set of sliding doors opens from the living room to the sea. The sea air is wonderful and the crash of the waves lulls you to sleep at night.
I recommend bringing some good wine to enjoy with the sunset.
Thanks Raul for loaning us your amazing house.

Raul was a gracious host, and was waiting for us in the house to show us around when we arrived. As other reviews mentioned, the house was stocked with bread, eggs, leche, apples etc. that were free for to have, which was very nice.
The only problem is, there is no heat, and unfortunately we came on an unusually cold few days (40 degrees!). We had to ask Raul a few times, but he eventually brought us an extra space heater (the house only came with a very small one, which was not enough for the living room & bedrooms) and some extra blankets. I wish he had solved the issue the first night though, when we told him about the problem, as we spent the night with all our coats on huddled under blankets.
Either way, a very nice house with a gorgeous view. Just don't come if it's unseasonably cold.
This place was just as advertised and all the other reviews suggested. Raul is a great host and was always available to help with anything we needed. The home is very well kept and very spacious, even for slightly larger groups like ours was. The sunset views from the patio are very beautiful and the record player was a great little surprise. Easily a 5 star review for this place and its host, Raul.
Gracias y tengan un magnífico regreso a casa
Raul was very helpful and kind. He anticipated our needs after our long trip with starter pantry foods so we could relax.
He was always prompt in response to our questions prior to our arrival which was appreciated.
This was our second visit to this property. It won't be our last! Everything about the property is accurately represented. Raul and his wife were there to meet us at the agreed time. They are always available, if needed. Their suggestions are excellent! The property is gated. The people in the neighborhood are friendly and helpful.
