We are sorry about your experience in this property. I have to admit that we had our mistakes, It was the first rental and we took your booking last minute.
I would like to apologize for the internet but I would also like to precise that I provided you with a 3G key and made sure that you had available data even if It does not excuse my mistake.
Regarding the hot water, we reduced the number of person that could stay in this apartment as in fact the boiler is meant for two, unfortunately I was not aware of this. Moreover It lasted more than two minutes.
Finally, I would like to had a correction, we sent you a discount on Airbnb, however at the time you wrote your review it wasn't sent to you.
