We really enjoyed our stay! We liked the neighborhood. The bottle of wine the host left was welcoming. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. Host was responsive. The bedrooms are big but living space is a bit small.
We loved the house! The access to all King St has to offer was great! Definitely walking distance to great restaurants, historic sites and waterfront. The house was clean and had everything we needed! Jessica was an excellent communicator both before and during our visit!
Jessica's cottage was one of my best airbnb expereinces so far! The decor and layout were perfect for us and the location couldn't have been better. You are close to all the new and hip restaurants and shops and King street is just three blocks away. We really enjoyed living like locals and were incredibly comfortable during our stay. We were here for Charleston F+W so didn't use the kitchen much but loved having a space for breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese. Having two bathrooms with two showers was also a plus! Jessica was a great communicator and a very gracious host. Can't wait to return!
The cottage was very true to the description. And the hosts were attentive to our needs. The neighborhood is very cute and we were in the exact part of town where we wanted to be. The bakery and neighborhood restaurants are great and within walking distance. Each room was very clean and had great working amenities. It was pretty chilly while we were there so I just hope that they "winterize" the place before the next visitor. Aside from that I would recommend this cottage very much.
Wonderful white calm decor and very comfortable beds. We would stay here again

The cottage was cute, well located, well appointed, and it was a pleasure to stay here. The directions to find and enter were detailed (thankfully) as we needed them! I'd stay again in a heartbeat.
Nice place, good visit. Kitchen is smaller than photos, for one person only! Appliances were very good. I called for one thing and it was promptly taken care of. Parking was okay because other renters were agreeable to swapping phone numbers. Very good heat for winter cold and wet visit.
Several issues need to be addressed for the $$ you are charging for the blue house. #1.Bathroom sink faucet falls off
#2.Rug in bedroom by kitchen is dangerous by bathroom door. Curled up under door so easily tripping factor. You do not want to ignore this problem, someone is going to fall over it. I did email this problem to you.
#3. We got directions on both the green house and the blue house mixed up in the same email message...It was dark and late when we arrived and we were not having success with the key box. Did not get help back fro anyone for 30-40 minutes but we strong- armed the box and got the key. Not easy in the dark. Stevenson did finally respond but it wasn't good to feel locked out, have confusing instructions and no one responding.
4.Area was clearly not nearly as upscale as described in your ad. More scary and decrepit than expected.
5. Picky note: coffee filters do not fit coffeemaker correctly -- you need cone shape.
6. Parking was a huge issue- we were lucky to connect with the green cottage ladies as they were about to walk out for coffee- otherwise we would have be trapped. Sure we put a not on their windshield by they didn't contact us. They were just going to leave on foot. I know you did address this in your instructions, but we almost got trapped-so not too good...
Absolutely perfect experience. Ideal location, amazingly clean, and well decorated. Our favorite Charleston airbnb (we stayed in two).
