Tara's private, cozy bungalow was perfect! Plenty of space for two, with a full kitchen, fenced-in back patio, and beautiful light, we felt right at home. Cannot stress enough how great location is--minutes from downtown, walking distance to Dough, a great bakery/lunch spot, and a few grocers! Tara communicated very well and was happy to answer any questions in advance of and throughout our stay. Would highly recommend her place to friends and would stay again on another visit to Asheville. A+!
A true bungalow and very charming! Cozy with hospitable touches. Excellent location. Wonderful trip!!!
Tara was a very gracious host. She was communicative both online and over the phone. She even was nice enough to pick us up since we happened to be in the area early and weren't far from her bungalow. Her home is very cute, and tucked away. It was an easy walk into downtown Asheville, and wasn't far from groceries and good breakfasts. This bungalow is clean, stylish, comfortable, homey, convenient, and Tara is a wonderful host. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Asheville.
Tara's cozy home was a great base for us while we we're in Asheville. Her home was clean, cute, warm, well-situated, and the perfect size for us and our dog. The fenced in backyard was a great help too. Although we didn't get to meet her, Tara was very helpful and generous with suggestions for Asheville and any other questions we had. We'd highly recommend staying here!
Tara's home was quaint and lovely - GREAT location.
Tara's bungalow was indeed charming! Lots of space for the price, very conveniently located, but very quiet! The space was very clean and welcoming. I will say that if you require a lot of back support from a mattress, that may be an issue. The foam mattress rests on a pallet- I can sleep on anything, but my boyfriend woke up having difficulty walking two of the days that we were in town because of the sleeping surface.
Tara herself was very helpful with directions and instructions! Very much appreciated!
Great location and a fair price for this cozy, rustic cottage
We rented this home for two nights. It's tiny, fun, funky and in an excellent location. We comfortably slept three humans and one dog, although it did get stuffy in September because there's only one working window and the 2 screen doors aren't usable or secure. Unfortunately, our idea of a fully stocked kitchen includes a coffee pot and a microwave, and this home had neither. When we called to ask, we were told by the host to go to a coffee shop. But what really upset us is that the host took nearly TWO MONTHS to return a small item we inadvertently left behind. After we received several broken promises that we'd receive the item soon, we enlisted the help of Airbnb Customer Service and finally got our item back. We're grateful to Airbnb for their help but expected better for a rental that cost us nearly $250 for 2 nights, including the pet fee.
Very nice place. Small and quaint. It was great for what we wanted for the weekend. The water pressure was pretty low, but other than that, everything was great. Tara was very helpful and responsive in the booking process.
We came to Asheville to look at property and stayed 4 nights at Tara's modest bungalow. Excellent location, allows pets and a really great price. For our length of stay we needed more cooking facilities (like a coffee maker). Tara was a great hostess... extremely flexible... and very responsive.
NIce girls...ABSOLUTELY recommended.
I´m sorry I wasn´t at home, when they left.. they were so clean and tidy.
It was great hosting Tara. She was clean, punctual, friendly and very positive. i had great pleasure hosting them. I highly recommend hosting them to other Airbnb hosts. They are always welcome at my place. A+++++.
Good guests. Very nice!
Tara was a wonderful guest. She has a great energy and I would highly recommend hosting her in your home.
Tara and her boyfriend were very nice and I am glad that we could accommodate them last minute. We welcome them back anytime.
We had one fun, silly night when Tara and Frido requested to crash at our home. Great people, great couple. Would definitely recommend and enjoy a repeat visit.
Tara and her traveling companion were a pleasure to host during their recent visit to New Orleans. They were lovely people who were enjoyable to be around. They treated our home as if it were their own. We enjoyed the time we spent visiting with them and hearing about the things they’d done during their visit. We would welcome them back anytime!
Tara is a very nice and polite person. She left the room in a very good condition. The perfect guest.
