Thank you for your words. Unfortunately the telephone company had a problem in their central spot, they will solve the problem in 1-2 days, so sorry that happened when you was in, sometimes happen but it was not my fault.
For the boiler I just checked that, unintentionally, you switched off the boiler energy, there are three switches on the wall that separates the electricity to the oven, boiler and fridge. So sorry for that, i was able to reach you at apartment and see the problem but you didn't reply me back. I'm so sorry that your stay was not at 100%. Hope that you could come again and stay longer!
