Saremo lieti di ospitarvi nella quiete del nostro uliveto!
This apartment is below the one Michaela lives in, and on the same property as the B&B she and her sister run. As such, there is usually someone very close by if you have any questions or need help with something. The sisters were fairly prompt in responding to my emails and were flexible with our check in time.
This flat is just a little bit below Assisi, a little less than a kilometer would be my guess. It's a short, but steep walk into the town, which is well worth at least an afternoon. There are also fabulous views of the farmyards below the property that stretch on and on and on.
The flat itself isn't huge, but was certainly big enough for the two of us. The kitchen was reasonably furnished, and provided enough necessities for us to cook dinner for ourselves every night. The bathroom is one that I tend to think of as more Asian-style: there is no tub or doors, you just shower on the floor. The bedroom is dark and quiet, which makes for a good place to sleep.
The wifi isn't super strong, but we didn't encounter any issues when trying to use it in the kitchen. Parking is not a problem at all as you can park right next to the flat. Worthy of note is that the washing machine is not in the apartment, but rather in the garage of the B&B. As such, you'll need to arrange times to use it with the sisters. We didn't have any major issues with this, but if you're like us, it's an important thing to know if you're on the road for any length of time.
All in all, it was a good place to stay and we enjoyed our time there.
