Here is my response. Firstly the host is exhibiting poor tolerance towards receiving honest feedback which isn't favorable. This has led to him misrepresenting facts. He falsely mentions that I booked flat for only 2 people, when in reality I requested from get-go that we are 2 adults and 2 children (I even provided ages of the Children). Host never once mentioned that this is a family size too big for the place and in fact accepted my request immediately. This is a fact which I can prove by trail of my communication with him.
Secondly since I have commented in public review about the cleanliness levels of host's apartment, he has resorted to turning the same accusation on us. Just a couple of days before landing in Paris, we stayed in Rome in another Host's apartment and her comments about us were "yukta and her family are great guests!! They are kind and friendly. They left everything clean and tidy. I will be glad to host them again". This comment alone should suffice on how we were as guests. I can understand Host's frustration after reading poor review of his property by us, but would have appreciated himself not resorting to misrepresenting facts.
