Thank you Nisha for your advices, our service has always been perfect but it arrives a day that the things don't work in the best way and unfortunately it happened to you.

We doesn't offer breakfast anymore and I forget to inform you so I offer you a refound.
Regarding car service we simply couldn't pick you up because we were on holidays , sometimes we need vacations as well but at the time of your reservation we still didn't know it was in August.
