My name is Sandy. I am a true Parisian. You are always welcome to Paris and enjoy a nice stay in the entire apartment. I will let you know lots of things you wish to be informed about Paris.

I stayed in Sandy's flat for a month and a day. On the whole it was pretty much exactly as advertised. Small, but quite comfortable. The sofa-bed was very nice and sleeping on it was no problem - as it can be with some sofa beds. I am actually thinking of buying the same model myself. The condition of the flat was very clean.
I never actually met Sandy, though her helpers who I did meet were very nice (a father and son who helped me with my many suitcases) and she was reachable by text and phone.
My only real problem with the flat was that the heat was communal and sometimes when it was quite cold in the night or early morning it was not turned on, though when eventually it got even colder it was always on.
Other than that my stay was very nice. There are many good cafes and restaurants within an easy walk and the neighborhood is very hip ("bobo" as the French say).
I stayed three months in Paris this summer. Before and during my stay, communication with Sandy was always easy.
Unfortunately, I was informed a few days before my arrival that the appartment I booked wasn't available, since there was a guest who wasn't able to move out due to his physical situation. Still, I was lucky Sandy could offer me another appartment. But since I would always have preferred the appartment I booked in the first place (the appartment I had to take then had - in my opinion - several disadvantages), and the whole discussion only came up a couple of days before I arrived in Paris, this whole matter was somewhat annoying. Of course, this complication wasn't Sandys fault, and - after longer discussions - Sandy offered a discount on the rent.
Not having seen this appartment, I cannot judge on its quality, which is why I rated it average. What I can judge on is that there appeared several issues with the appartment given to me on the day of the arrival and during my stay. As mentioned above, Sandy was always kind and responded quickly. However, most issues had to be fixed by the owner of the appartment himself (who wasn´t Sandy), who seemed to be really busy. Thus, more than once it took several requests until something was fixed, and sometimes nothing happened for several weeks. In addition, some matters (e.g. bathroom window) weren't fixed until I left the appartment three months later. Since the arrival already was somewhat troubling, I would have wished a less complicated correspondence.
We loved staying in Sandys apartment! Nice and clean, very good for a family with two small children.
The view was amazing, perfect to be able to see the lights at the Eiffel tower at night without having to go out with the children!
A very nice neighbourhood with shops, bakerys, cafés and the open market on wednedsdays. Very convientent with a grocery store in the same building and a metro station with three metro lines next doors.
Sandy was a good host, very helpful, responding to any questions we had and there were no problems with checking in or out. (A friend met us at the apartment when we arrived)
We can definitly recomend this apartment, especially if you are traveling with children!
We stayed in Sandy's flat for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat was clean and quiet, the sofa-bed very comfy and the complex was very quiet. The kitchen and bathroom are very compact. The location is perfect being in the beautiful Montmartre area and very close to Pigalle metro station, just a couple of minutes walk. Sandy was a lovely host and very understanding when we were delayed in arriving at our agreed time. We would definitely stay here again.
We just spent 3 days in Sandy's apartment. We had a wonderful time. The apt was small but clean and very nice. The apt is centrally located close to lots of shops and restaurants. it's 5 mins from the famous Moulon Rogue. It is also very close to the metro (tube/underground) which made getting around Paris very easy. We were very happy with the apt and will definitely rent it again next time we visit Paris.
This was easily the best experience I have had on airbnb. Sandy went out of her way to get me the key to her apartment since I had a late arrival to Paris. Her apartment is the perfect place for one to two people. It is extremely clean and in a great location. It is a minute walk to the subway. There are several great cafes right down the street. Would recommend this to anyone!
A lovely little apartment in a great location! It was right in the tourist district of Pigalle and Montmartre, convenient and easy to orient yourself from. The apartment is small, not a lot of kitchen space if you're planning to cook a lot but still all you need for a small trip. It was also impeccably clean, which was always a relaxing environment to come home to! Sandy was very accommodating and a welcoming hostess! She made sure we were well taken care of and definitely went the extra mile to suit our tastes. A great choice!
Sandy was a gracious host and Pedro was very helpful in greeting me and getting me situated upon my arrival. The location is up the block from Pigalle metro on a pretty quiet street. The studio is peaceful; the walls are thin around the building. The studio's well-appointed but as the first tenant in the studio since it was nicely renovated, a few things were missing (a place with hangers to hang clothes, suits, dresses - I put a note in with Sandy about this).
The pull-out bed is big and comfortable.
I'd give my stay a better rating but had unfortunate wifi issues the first half of my stay - the problems were fixed and the wifi is working really well within the studio.
I stayed a few weeks and would say the studio's really great for short-term stays, a weekend, a week or so.
The reservation was canceled 33 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Super organisée et très fiable ! Logistique parfaite.
