I am very sad to hear that Jo didn't like her stay at my house. I am sorry about the internet, we had a problem a couple of weeks ago and we didn't manage to fix it yet, and it was my fault forgetting to mention it.
However, as regards the relation with other occupants of the house, I would like to point out that Jo has spent just 3 nights in my house and I don't think she can say that my house is not recommended for anyone who needs to sleep, because that would mean to universalize a problem happened just once.
To this respect, I regret that Jo decided not to mention the problem as soon as it happened, neither to me nor directly to the other occupants of the house, because that would have meant a quick solution in our mutual interest. I have been very keen to communicate with Jo and tried to be as helpful as I could, so I can't see why she did not mention before any problem she was having at my place.
In most cases, renting a room with airbnb means sharing a place and I think it is necessary to have a minimum of understanding that there could be people staying in the same place for different purposes. Therefore, communication is fundamental and I regret that Jo failed to share her thoughts before.
