I will write in English so that everybody understands well. I wrote six positive facts about the room (and Leo) and one comment concerning an improvement to be brought. How come you say my comment was « disrespectful » ? You accept no critic without destroying the one who wrote it ? Leo, you did not answer my two SMS concerning breakfast the day before I left. We did not have breakfast at 8 before leaving. It is the truth and the reality. We are respectful persons and we’ve been appreciated everywhere else we’ve been. Why not simply apologize about that mistake you did ? I would have accepted it. Instead, you decided to wrote things to try to make us be thought we are bad customers when we are not. It’s sad to notice such a behavior from you, that reminds me this type of human being exists.
