Student on Psychology and Psychoanalysis in Paris. As well working on tourism activities and hobbies on arts and music.
Juan Carlos was not there but his friend was very kind. Juan Carlos replied to e-mails and phone calls within minutes which was amazing considering he was away. The apartment is very, very small-you can't stand up in the bathroom or the bedroom or the living room-only the kitchen. The ladder up to the bedroom is a bit scary but it is a cozy and comfortable place to sleep for a couple of nights. Best for one person or two people who are VERY comfortable with each other. The neighbourhood is fantastic and very close to lots of activities and transport. Thanks Juan Carlos!
I couldn't go there at last. But Juan-Carlos was very correct and kind via e-mail.
Because Juan-Carlos wasn't in Paris during our stay it was a bit complicated to get the key for the studio. The studio wasn't as clean as we would have wished it to be.
Because we are two very tall people it wasn't that comfortable because the studio is located under the roof which means that there is not much room where you can stand upright.
The studio is well located, only five minutes from sacre coeur and from some nice little restaurants.
Although it is very small, it is perfect for a couple to stay in Paris for one weekend. Is is very close to Montmartre, you can walk up to the Sacre-Coeur in 5min! In the flat were fresh towels and sheets for us.
Juan Carlos was not there to give us the keys, but he was always reachable on the phone and organized that one of his friends gave us the keys. The contact with him was easy and he is very relaxed and nice. We had a really nice stay. I recommend it totally!
Thanks again for letting us stay in your nice little appartment!
R. & B.
Juan Carlos was very flexible, and his friend gave us a lot of nice addresses to discover the district. Thank you, Juan!
Très, bien, bon accueil, studio bien situé.
Juan Carlos's place is located in a great area of Montmartre. Despite being away during my stay in Paris, he is a very accessible host. If you're looking for a cheap floor to sleep on (meaning you will not be spending much time indoors while in Paris), his place definitely gets the job done. Be prepared to do some climbing and crawling though!
The reservation was canceled 6 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Everything went smoothly, the apartment was as described, in the middle of it all. Although we only spoke by phone, Juan Carlos was very helpful, always making sure everything was ok.
I had a bit of difficulty reaching him to check out, but I think it's because he was flying at that time.
Very nice people!
Juan Carlos is kind, considerate and trustworthy. I'll give him my best recommendations!
Juan Carlos is a new, but instant, friend. Although I did not stay at his apartment, I can still vouch for his graciousness as a host. I met him through his work where he assists travelers from every imaginable background with tasks as mundane as finding the Louvre, or as urgent as repairing a lock in the middle of the night. He's warm, genuine, and responsible, and with these traits you can rest assured that you will have peace in both home and mind during your journey.
Juan Carlos is a very kind, responsible, clever and sensitive guy. I've kown him for a year or so. I met him because he's a friend of my neighbourgs. Don't hesitate, you can definitely trust him . :) Adeline
Hi visited Juan Carlos in Paris while I was traveling, he is a genuine, sincere and lovely person. He showed me around and I enjoyed spending time in Paris with him very much.
He is really a great guy!
Juan Carlos is a very warm and helpful person. I met him during an exchange in Santiago, Chile, and he invited me to family parties and showed me a side of Chile I never would have seen otherwise.
Extremely cool guy! Sensible, kind, generous! He works with me in Paris. Easygoing, flexible : all in all : a good man!
Hi, I've known Juan Carlos for a few years now and his always a great pleasure to hangout with.We met in Paris through a friend. I stay in Paris about 3 months of the year. He always makes me feel welcomed and at home and part of whatever activities are going on in Montmatre. I would discibe him as kind hearted, friendly and fun to be around. Oh and he is a great listener too.
Juan Carlos is a great friend. We met when I travelled to Paris in 2008, and I instantly knew he was a kind and friendly person.
Book with him: he's confident, approachable, responsible and will definitely help you to discover great places to see in Paris.
I used to spend in this house a lot of time during my erasmus in Paris! The place is really nice in a typical street in the heart of Montmartre. two min walk from the Cathedral. The place is clean and the zone is safe. Juan is an amazing person who i'm sure gonna take care of you and make u laugh. Next time i'm gonna stay here for sure! I definitely recommend this choice!
