We stayed in My's awesome bus for two nights and had an excellent experience. Cold rain on a metal roof and popcorn cooked over the wood stove made for a cozy night. Highly recommended.
Second time staying on our way south. Love this place !
I had an excellent stay at My Amani's. I used it as luxury camping. The bus has running water for a sink and electricity to it. I used my laptop to check a few emails sprint is roaming on Verizon but never had an issue with signal.
There is an outhouse, and an outside shower.
I slept on the couch in a sleeping bag I brought near the fire I started in the wood stove. There were plenty of sheets available and two beds, I just had the sleeping bag readily available so used it instead on the couch. Plenty of paper and wood was available for the fire. Once it got going it felt very nice. The night I stayed the temps dropped to 29F.
Her cat is very lovable and will join you if you let it in the bus.
Excellent price, something different. Bring a flashlight or head lamp if you think you will go outside when dark. I should have brought a telescope to look at the stars.
My Amani was very good with communication via phone and email well being out of town.
My Amani's place was cozy and comfortable on one of the coldest days of the year. Not fancy from the outside but it's snug and warm and lovely on the inside. Bed was comfy with ample blankets. Lots of plants and things to look at, books to read. Couch and desk/chair for sitting on. I was able to get a signal on my phone. Electricity and running water and an outhouse not far away. Totally dark outside and you can see a zillion stars.
My Amani was pleasant and warm and she's really made a beautiful space here.
My and her daughter was very nice, respectful and quiet as well. If you will host them you almost won't notice they are at home!
Good luck for everything girls!
