My family had a wonderful time at the townhouse. We never met Lucie, yet she checked in multiple times and was available. She left a sheet with wifi instructions and neighborhood attractions.
The townhouse had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, there were plenty of towels and extra linens, etc. The location was perfect- easy to get downtown.
There is noise from the T. I didn't have trouble sleeping. The neighbors weren't a problem as other reviews had mentioned.
We had a great stay at the townhome on Broadway. We loved the easy access to downtown via the T, and the proximity to the coffee shop down the street, and the great bar across the street. Lucy was very helpful in showing us around, and providing info for riding the t train. Everything we needed, like towels, and silverware were provided. We would definitely stay here again.
The house was as advertised. There is no tv in the bedroom and only a window ac unit. It was easy to get to the t line from the house.
Lucie was really welcoming when we arrived and her place was perfect for us. We stayed 10 days on business and the house was very well set up to be very productive and comfortable. The only slight downside was the neighbours, who had some problems involving the police so this place may not be suitable for families with children, at least in the near future. For us, however, it was ideal and we would recommend Lucie's lovely house to any adults visiting Pittsburgh!
The listing was as described and was very clean. We were met at the designated time and were shown a free parking space on the street, which was safe and convenient. We spent most of the time in the city, but we did go to the Huddle for bite.
Very nice and cozy house on the T-Line.
The place nicely prepared for us and we felt like Pittsburgh residents here. Nice little neighborhood and a great place to rest our heads. The T-Line came by in the early evenings and morning, but it was rather quiet. I would definitely recommend staying at Lucie's.
This place was just as described and shown in the pictures. It seemed like it wasn't vacuumed in a while, there were bugs on the carpet. Other than that the place is in a good location and Lucie was easy to work with.
Cute little town house. Excellent location. Easy to get to all the main attraction in Pittsburgh. House had everything that we needed. Parking is a bit of a hassle. Parking in the front of the house is metered which means you have to park on the side streets. We had a lovely time there.
I stayed for three nights during the Memorial Weekend for a sports event in downtown. Unfortunately I did not really spend time in this place much beyond sleeping.
The only thing bothered me is the noise made by trolley as the main bedroom is facing the street. Lucie is very helpful though. My car GPS led me to a different place (about six miles away) for some reason and I had to call her nearly midnight for direction!
Lucie responded to all requests in a timely manner. She was easy to work with while planning. The townhouse is in the old part of Pittsburgh. We found the neighborhood to be interesting with a great taco stand, great wings at Huddle, a coffee shop and more. The building is basic but contains the essentials. It is ideal for two families who want to be together yet have their own space. Tline is a bit noisy but we got used to it. The neighborhood was noisy on Saturday night but quiet the rest of the time. The front porch was a great hang out area.
Very nice person. The boy delectable. They do not have caused any trouble. They are always with me welcome.
