Joe, thanks for your review. I'm sorry you had issues, I really wish you called me, as I could have stepped you through the operation of the hot tub and how to unplug/reset a router. My number is listed on the rental agreement and I have been in close email contact as well. I strive to have an excellent place for vacationers. The hot tub certainly does work and has been in use all summer without issue. Additionally, we have a maintenance contract to clean/service the hot tub and they were in right before you arrived. If there were issues, they would come to repair during your stay. As for the internet, out cleaner noticed it was knocked offline and a simple unplug reset the system without issue.
