1) Every email was like this, hard to follow/communicate 2) I was not the one who asked for a refund 3) The listing was inaccurate, this person has multiple properties and has used the same listing for nearly all of them, which is very deceiving. My property review was honest, I gave 3 out of 5 stars, which I thought was more than generous considering we did not get what we paid for. 4) I am from TX, I had no idea what a "chicken bus" was. I figured it was a part of NJ Transit, when I emailed her, confused, asking if there was a bus number that I needed to take, I was told where to find the chicken bus and what street to get off at. We did that with all of our luggage, only to find out that the "chicken bus" is not a part of NJ Transit, and we ended up having no choice but to walk 13 long blocks to her place. Then we sat outside in the rain with all of our stuff, waiting to get the keys for an hour, when just 2 days earlier we had been told it was ok to arrive at that time. Then we find out the 123 bus stops just around the corner. Thats what the deal with the bus was about. I do not have time to sit and read through 600 reviews to find out information about the bus. When I emailed asking for information, they could have said.. take the 123 bus, and it would have saved everyone a lot of trouble. 5) when I asked her to change this review and take out the part about me being the one to ask for a refund (my friend did that on her account, it has nothing to do with my account) I was told that she would remove hers, if I removed mine. I bet she's done this before, and thats how come there aren't any negative reviews before mine. Everyone in the house (6 people) were upset about the listing, one couple was even under the impression that they were supposed to have the whole place to themselves. So I find it extremely had to believe that this has never happened before. I chose to keep my bad review and explain why I got it. This was the first bad experience I have had with anyone on airbnb, and hopefully the last.
