I hoped that you said the truth !
What happen is that I contacted airbnb to explain what happened to me and my family which are these :
1- Check in time is 2 pm and we had to wait for one hour and 20 minutes to check in!
2- The apartment is full of insects which really affect our stay specially my children.
3- There is just few windows in the bedrooms (the main bedroom there is no window).
4- The internet was not working when we arrived then we asked him to solve it then it has been solved and I thanked him on that day BUT the internet stopped in the third day (our stay is 5 days) so we had to pay extra money to get a modem for us !
Finally, airbnb suggested to me via phone and also email during our stay to speak with the host to make a discount before they get involved in the problem SO I did what they suggested BUT your reply via your worker (Mostafa) that I have to write a positive review first then you will pay me 20 euro !! Which is unthical treatment so I refused that and I told airbnb about what happened in details.
I 'll not come to your apartment again and I also I will not recommend it to anyone because if what has happened (especially unethical order to write a positive review to get the money).
