I grew up in a wonderful family in New Hampshire. Now I'm working in SoHo in social media and marketing, loving life in our beautiful Brooklyn apartment.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sean and Josh place! The apartment is so warm, quiet and cozy that some days we enjoyed some additional relax on the sofa instead of jumpin'out and visiting NY. Everything was very clean and convenient. Although we didn't have the chance to meet the owners in person, we felt spoiled and welcomed, thanks to the excellent communications before the arrival and to the accurate instructions about the apartement and surroundings, the gift of some wine, even the adaptor for our electric apparels, and the carefully prepared bed and linens. The bed itself was really comfortable, we slept very well. The location is simply perfect, steps from the subway to Manhattan and from the breathtaking Promenade facing the Skyline, in the middle of the beautiful Brooklyn Heights, with its old mansions and typical shops and restaurants. It's not a luxury building but a charming old brickstone house, and once inside, it's heaven at a really affordable price. Thanks again Sean and Josh!

Sean was great from the very beginning. He was easily accessible via email, and very thorough in the suggestions and instructions he left us. His place had everything we needed, was in a great location, and it was just what my husband and I were looking for. Excellent experience from beginning to end, and highly recommenced.
Sean's place is comfortable convenient and a good base for exploring Brooklyn and Manhattan. He was fast to respond to any questions I had and I would recommend staying there! He left us some wine to welcome us..such a nice touch!
Sean was a wonderful host and his apartment served as the perfect location to spend our holiday weekend! Not only did Sean go out of his way to provide a smooth check in/out experience even though he was out of the country, he even left 2 bottles of wine for us as a welcome gift, as well as provided us with a list of his favorite food spots! The apartment is super close to a couple subway lines, as well as several great food and drink spots. Great location value for price.
We enjoyed our stay in this modest but charming one bedroom in an absolutely prime location in the heart of Brooklyn Heights--minutes from the Promenade, the Brooklyn Bridge and Brooklyn Bridge Park and shopping and restaurants on Montague Street. There's also a great neighborhood coffee shop--the Vineapple--on the ground floor of the building. Sean was a gracious and attentive host. If you want to live like a native in the best neighborhood in NYC, this is the place.
Sean and his friends were great. Very organized and left the place tidy. I highly recommend them as perfect guests!
