At the very beginning the client chose the cheapest room and asked more discount. We offered discount for the other room which has ensuite bathroom so the actually price could match the cheapest one that has no ensuite bathroom. The client showed interest in it but soon she found a way to book as a long term to get discount so she still got back to the cheapest one. We offered the discount as for the long term rental. Then she informed us that she only need 5 nights and still wanted to keep the discount. We didn't accept.
When the client came, she wanted to upgrade to the better room, but only wanted to pay $5 instead of the $16 difference per day. The client then entered our property, seldom communicated. We were very kind to her as well as the other guests. But she talked to us very little. The policy restricted people from being noisy from 10pm to 9am, and people followed very well. In daytime people had freedom to be happy in common area as long as nobody complain. Since we hadn't got any complaint, we didn't want to stop people because they were also our guests and they paid more and never used tricks on us. She didn't give us any open feedback about it (which we would definately help her if she would) but would rather like to published her slander to 'Chinese' (which was not exactly those other guests coming from) to internet.
That's really not good.
Carol and Ken are awesome guests! We really enjoyed their stay at our B & B and hope to see them again. They are friendly, cheerful, clean, neat and tidy, and having them in our home was like having friends over for a visit. We look forward to seeing them in the future and would recommend them to other airbnb hosts in a heartbeat.
