Hi there! I'm a San Francisco transplant, originally from North Carolina. I've been in the Bay Area for 2 years now and am loving it. I enjoy exploring new restaurants, hiking and running, and watching movies.

Jenny was quick to reply and saved me when I needed a quick trip to the city and there was a tech conference in town that sucked up literally all of the hotel rooms. Her friend met me and explained everything perfectly. The location is great being only 1 block from my favorite coffee haunt.
Having said that, the room I stayed in was very large and had 3 beds. I had it to myself so that was cool. There is another regular bedroom with one bed on the front of the apartment.
The place also has a kitchen and living room.
Of course any time you rent a room there is always a possibility that you will be staying in someone's bedroom, which is definitely the case. So there are many personal effects in the room that remind you this is not a hotel, which is kind of nice. The bedroom was clean and tidy. Linens were old but clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner but didn't bother me.
Jenny and her boyfriend were lovely guests. Their flight was a little delayed so they didn't arrive until quite late on Wednesday night but they were very nice people and left my home just as sparkly as when I left. I'd be happy to host them again.
Nice and friendly, very comunicative. Room was left in perfect conditions. It was lovely to meet them and to host them.
