Thanks Sarah. I believe I gave a fair and unbiased review. I don't believe that I am overly sensitive and was honest about the apartment/accommodations. My husband and I apologize if our review hurt your feelings. I recognize that your accommodation is a budget accommodation and so some inconvenience is expected. However, my husband and I did offer to find the accommodation on our own and we were directed to a difficult to find location (for someone not from Bali). We asked for a specific address or the name of a popular hotel and were directed to a statue "outside the airport". We would have happily paid for our own transport to the accommodation ourselves and would have preferred a metered taxi to pick us up (which was the arrangement) to take us to Sanur the following day. I believe my concerns about David were valid, although (as I already said), I feel that he was well intentioned.
