Kota made us feel very welcome in his fine house
It is a well equipped beautiful traditional house in a quiet
but very convenient part of Tokyo
We had a great stay, a welcome place to return to after
long full tourist days amongst the Shrines and Temples
and museums etc of Tokyo
Thanks, our family of four throughly recomend it
The landlord is very nice！The house is lovely，and location is nearby the subway station、onvenience stores.
Very convenient and comfortable house. All of us feel home away from home. Also,Kota san is a very nice and friendly house-owner. Kota san assisted us to contact subway staff to found out cellphone which my brother lost on the train. We had a super good memory in Tokyo and Kota san's house.
Great little place conveniently located by the train station and Ueno park. The mobile hot spot was super helpful as our navigation skills in Tokyo needed all the help they could get. Thanks for a great few nights!
Kota very kindly met myself at the train station to show me the way to the property and to give me a guided tour and explanation of the home. This was extremely helpful. The listing is accurate, the home is very spacious and the neighbourhood is very quiet but within easy access to a JR station.
Spent 2 days in your traditional house is our new experienec.
The house is equiped with all the things we are looking for. The living room is the place that our family share most of the time togther wihich can not be found in busness hotel.
Your support finding the hospital for my mother in law is our appreciate. We took the taxi there however the hospital have no doctor to handle with this case so we came back to the house and Fortunately, she felt better the day after.
The interior fit out is nice.
Kota's home is a genuine wooden Tokyo house. We were a family of 6 and stayed for 6 nights, although at times it was squishy everything we needed was provided including small items that made our stay very comfortable. Kota has put a lot of thought into making the house a home away from home for his guests.
The house is in an ideal location, just a quick walk from Ugusaidani station and easy access to many tourist sights of Tokyo. It was great to be in a residential area with several convenience stores and restaurants within a short walk. It is a quiet area away from the rush of Tokyo that suited us.
Kota provided excellent directions that made finding the house very easy, he met us at the house to explain all the appliances and provided us with local information about the area which was very helpful.
We stayed in January and the house had ample effective heating upstairs and downstairs, we especially loved the Kotatsu.
The doorways are low and there are a few low shelves which my six foot tall husband had to get used to. All the appliances are in excellent working condition, the electronic hot water is a treat for a hot bath at the end of a sight seeing day.
Thank you Kota.
We were so grateful when Kotasan picked us up at Haneda Airport. With a large family of 6 (3 kids under 12) Kotasan was very patience with us. We arrived at a beautiful house had all the amenities that we need and more! He made the house so comfortable for us and even with limited Japanese we understood each other well. He had lots of information about Tokyo for us and when we needed help we connected him and had help back immediately! He even helped us hire a pram and a car too. A host from heaven for us! Will definitely recommend this place to everyone we know who will visit Japan
