Jamie's apartment is in an extremely convenient location in Central. Just steps away from LKF and the Central/Hong Kong MTR station so it's convenenient if you're taking the airport express into the city. Extremely close to any major tourist attractions such as the Peak, Star Ferry and major shopping centers. It's clean and quiet for a good night's rest. Water pressure in the bathroom was amazing. Jamie is responsive to any questions via email and gave me all the necessary information before I arrived. It took us awhile to find her apartment when we arrived at Central station via airport express, I suggest taking a taxi from Hong Kong station since her apartment is on top of a hill so it's not fun dragging your luggage uphill. Other then that, I would definitely stay there again next time I'm in Hong Kong. Thanks Jamie!
Jamie's place is a gem in the heart of Central area. You can literally reach to the notorious Lan Kwai Fong in less than 100 steps and 10 mins to the Central station. It was somewhat an amazing fact that a place can be located between a crazy nightlife mecca and a serene zoological park which is home for various kinds of monkeys and birds.
The interior was decent and cozy, a pleasant aroma of frangrance diffuser will greet you when you enter. A comfy recliner and a huge sofa will treat your evening time and a nice cushy bed is perfect for deep sleep. The bedroom has the thick curtains, so you don't have to worry about sunshine stinging your eyes if you prone to be awaken till late. Water pressure is hard enough, the shower booth lined with little pebbles on the ground was great too. Wifi works perfectly, and you can use the huge LCD tv if you have DVDs or any laptop to hook on. I go to HK often and I'm pretty sure it'd pretty hard to find any place as this one around this area in this price range.
A tip here: the nearest supermarket is a Parknshop on 24 Caine rd. You'd be easily reach there if you make use of the midlevel escalator without walking up the hill.
Spacious, clean and quiet place. Convenient location.
