I studied at Culinary school in Adelaide to become a chef. After 4 years I completed my degree but decided I wanted to study Winemaking. A further 4 years at the University of Adelaide gave me a double degree in Viticulture and Oenology.
I have worked in various wineries and regions but my current role is with a winery in Coonawarra, South Australia.
