We have high standards of cleanliness for our guests. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each guest. When this guest complained, we responded by sending a cleaning service within one hour and asked the guest to let us know exactly what was wrong so that we could fix it for him immediately. We strive to satisfy our guests completely, but hope our guests understand that this is a home, not a hotel. It is also a great value in the center of one of the most expensive cities in the world, and much cheaper than two hotel rooms.
