...hard working and very busy but a very happy person!
I just love the AIRBNB world and I'm glad to be part of it...it also seems like I'm doing a good job... :)

Serena was lovely. I was running late, and she stayed and waited for me, which made her really late! She was helpful whenever I had questions, and told me about this really great pizza place near her house. When I got back from pizza, she'd even left some tiramisu out for me to have :) I was only there one night, but Serena was very easy to get along with and is very nice. I had fun talking with her and her other guest about all sorts of things :) The room was as described, and the bed was huge and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying with Serena if you are going to Milan.
Serena was a really love host, she gave me a great welcome, although she had to rush off to work. She left me a note with all the necessary info. Before arriving, she gave me detailed directions to her house which made it easy to find. Only downside was, that the night I was staying, the neighbours were having a party and the music was so loud that I couldn't sleep, but of course that's not Serena's fault.
The neighbourhood was good, the streets were busy so I never felt unsafe. The flat is only 3 stops by metro from the central station, so very easy to get to.
Two of my friends and I had a great time exploring the island of Elba for the weekend. The apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable for our two night stay. The ceilings were low in the bedroom, but that wasn't an issue as we were outside and exploring during the day! Serena was unable to meet us upon arrival, but her parents who live in the house above the apartment met us there and gave us a very warm welcome. They gave us fresh oranges in the morning and helped us start a fire in the outside fireplace! If you're looking for a weekend getaway and to see the natural side of Italy then this place is right for you!
My only word of advice is if you are to travel in the off season like my friends and I did, I would recommend having an accurate bus schedule as they change seasonally and are not as frequent as they are in larger cities. Overall it was a great experience!
I had the best possible introduction to Milan by staying with Serena. She really went out of her way to make sure I was enjoying my visit - including taking me out for an aperitivo at the hip and happening Navigli district. Her apartment is also extremely convenient to all forms of public transport - all the must-sees of Milan are within 20-30 minutes from her place, and walking is even an option!
Serena, I had a great time, thanks for everything, and I will definitely stay with you again if I come back!
Serena is a kind and welcoming host. From the moment I walked through the door, she treated me like her friend. She went above and beyond to make sure that I enjoyed my time in Milan.
The apartment is well located, clean and comfortable.
All in all my experience was top class. The place is modern and beautiful. The room was spacious with a queen size bed. If you plan on staying for a while Serena has reserved plenty space to put away clothes in the closet and a dresser.
Serena also was able to help me practice my Italian and suggest some places to check out during my visit. Serena went above my expectations and made me feel at home.
The apartment was as advertised: fairly small with low ceilings, but location (west part of the Island) and panoramas are indeed astounding and never to be forgotten. I guess this should be the focus of your stay here: stay outside to enjoy the island overall and the exceptional view of the terrace, and use the apartment for basic stuff as cooking, sleeping etc... the added value of this apartment is really location and views.
We had a hard time finding the apartment at first, but finally made it and had a warm welcome from Serena's mother.
We enjoyed our two nights at Serena's place. As other reviewers have already said, the apartment is quite small. But big enough for the two of us. The view from the terrace is amazing and we enjoyed long evenings watching the sunset. We highly recommend the west side of the island away from all the tourist and crowded beaches.
A recommander !
