About Andy - "Normally, we work from home and I run a small global branding agency and also 'moonlight' in graphic design and production (mostly digital, occasionally print).
I was a touring bass player/singer in a 'past life' and now enjoy living in Manhattan with my wife Michelle (who also works at home as the founder of tech startup Chef 52 and social media extraordinaire) and children, traveling whenever I have free time, cooking, biking (bicycle and motorcycle), hiking and exploring our beautiful world!
We're big 'foodies' and vegetarians (sometimes an odd mix, and always a challenge), and are big into sustainable lifestyles and emerging technology.
In other words, we'll be using our iPad to help research and build our raised bed organic garden in our back yard. Hoping there's an 'app for that', and that you'll join us for some fresh picked garden salad when it's blooming.
Our teenage daughter started college in California fall 2011 - San Franicsco - and our younger kids currently homeschool/unschool. Both my wife and I have been called "hippies without the free love and patchouli." We consider ourselves a bit 'crunchy', but are likely a bit more sarcastic than most, and consider that trait an immutable ingredient of good humor.
If you have any questions about me, our family, or our airbnb listing, please drop a line anytime. We spend more time than we should online, so you'll likely always get a quick reply.
